GoZero provides inventory management services, AI-powered analysis tools, and related business services to help organizations manage their assets and calculate environmental impact.

Services are provided "as is" and their availability may vary. We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
User Accounts and Registration

We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOZERO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We are not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our services
- • Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties
- • Damages resulting from service interruptions or delays

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or data uploaded to our services
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- • At any time with or without cause by providing notice
- • Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms
- • If required by law or court order
Upon termination:
- • Your right to use our services immediately ceases
- • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
- • Accrued obligations and liabilities remain in effect
- • Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply
